Tai-Ge Min


Tai was born in Berkeley California in 2004 and began singing in choirs at 4 years old. Currently, she is enrolled at Oakland School for the Arts where she is a member of Encore, the advanced middle school a cappella choir.

In February 2017, Encore won first place in the Bend A Cappella Festival competition in the High School Division. Using their winnings, they booked a recording session in March, and their songs “Cold War” and “Man in the Mirror” were released in the Summer of 2017. In the two years that she has been at OSA, she has had three solos in the Fox theater.

She has studied almost every genre of music.  In addition to singing, she also plays the drums, dances, and is part of the Diploma Program at the East Bay Center for performing arts. She lives in El Sobrante, CA with her parents and younger sister. Besides music, her interests include science, math and protesting against Donald Trump.
